Training:
Orientation and training provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at a minimum of $16.66 and a maximum of $16.66. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. With tips averages can range from a minimum of $16.66 (time on clock) up to $30.00 per hour (with tips added to $16.66).

Hourly time is paid via check or direct deposit bi‑monthly.

Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week.

We abide by WA State requirements for sick pay.

All scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs. All positions are part time unless otherwise stated. Every employee has the opportunity to work full time as long as the store has hours to accommodate by completing training, being reliable for shifts and communicating full‑time needs with the manager.

You must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
