Our client, a leader in the warehouse and logistics industry, is seeking individuals for a few roles within their Warehouse Team to join. As a team member, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

• Custodian
• Blend Station
• Process Operator

Vancouver, WA and Ridgefield, WA

$18 to $21 per hour

• Front End Day - Mon - Wed and every other Thursday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Front End Night - Mon - Wed and every other Thursday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Back End Day - Fri - Sun and every other Thursday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Back End Night - Fri - Sun and every other Thursday: 5:00pm - 5:00am

• High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of receiving and warehousing procedures and documentation requirements.
• Ability to train employees and manage work assignments effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problems and make evaluative judgments.
• Ability to maintain safety procedures and ensure a clean work environment.
