As our next Business Development Manager
, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our global customer base and product portfolio, particularly within the robotics industry
. You’ll lead strategic planning, guide engineering development, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative motion solutions.

- Develop and drive commercial strategy for the robotics segment
- Lead pricing, service, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business
- Manage P&L for assigned customer accounts
- Consolidate product requirements and collaborate with engineering on roadmap execution
- Analyze market trends and present new product strategies to leadership
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks
- Ensure consistent global pricing strategies and resolve cost-related issues
- Coordinate tooling and fixture schedules with internal and external teams
- Support margin adjustments and concessions to secure comprehensive business packages
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines
- Experience in the robotics or cobot industry, with strong product and market insights
- Background in motion/drive solution design and development
- Experience managing global customer accounts
- Engineering knowledge in micro-motors, sensors, actuators, or application engineering
- International work experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English;
Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required
