As our next Application Engineer
, you’ll support the North American Application Engineering team in developing new products and markets while supporting existing business. This role is integral to front-end business operations and plays a key part in product development and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and provide technical solutions
• Customize and configure product solutions to meet specifications
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
• Drive innovation and advocate for cutting‑edge solutions
• Communicate customer feedback to sales and product development teams
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  
  Lead technical project reviews, including DVP&R, FMEA, and launch timing
• Assist in developing cost models for product development
• Act as subject matter expert in product liability claims for ventilation and air handling products

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge preferred)
• Familiarity with motors, motor controls, motion systems, and electronics
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
• Project management experience with ability to handle multiple priorities
