Orthopaedic Institute of Dayton ("OID") is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to serve in our outpatient clinic in Vandalia, OH.

• Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining the clinic area.
• Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Schedule patients for therapy; if the patient is unable to attend therapy at our clinic, help find a suitable location for outbound referrals and get the appointment scheduled.
• Prepare rooms for patient visits.
• Clean and organize for patient services.
• Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy Office experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Background check required upon acceptance.
