State Tested Nursing Assistant; STNA; Night Shift

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) on our Night Shift, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medication administration, and treatments
• Assist with transportation, discharging patients, and supporting nursing staff with daily tasks
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying and addressing areas for improvement
