Technical Support, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
- Receive and process customer purchase orders
- Receive and respond to RFQ’s
- Communicate delivery dates to customers for part requirements
- Create, maintain and distribute order summary sheets
- Input and invoice customer purchase orders in Plex system
- Enter and maintain part BOM’s and details in Plex system
- Enter and schedule part build jobs in Plex system
Coordinate and ensure on-time shipping of customer requirements - Work closely with engineering and prototype lab team members
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Higher level of ability with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong degree of self-motivation and self-direction
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Minimal travel to support pre-launch activities
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Plex and G3PS systems
- Ability to coordinate receiving customer purchase orders through shipment of parts independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under demanding situations
Education Requirement High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree preferred
