We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to run and maintain machinery that cuts and drills holes in structural steel. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating similar machinery and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality production.

• Operate and monitor machinery used for cutting and drilling holes in structural steel components.
• Set up machines, including loading steel materials, aligning work pieces, and calibrating settings for precision operations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine specifications.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize workflows and address production issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Familiarity with machinery used for cutting and drilling structural steel is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
