Soldering Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Soldering Technician for a leading electronic assembly company in Vandalia, OH. If you're experienced in soldering or electronics and have an eye for detail, this is your chance to work with a team building advanced technology in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Enjoy long weekends with a consistent weekday schedule!

• Perform wire/lead tinning using solder pots
• Cut, trim, and form wire leads using precision tools
• Conduct visual inspections following IPC standards
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks

• At least 6 months of hands-on soldering experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
