We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of our facility. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to support a safe and comfortable environment for staff and patients.

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility, identifying maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain the building’s interior and exterior, including minor carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and services.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Assist in emergency situations such as power outages, plumbing failures, or other urgent maintenance issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with facility policies.

• Certification or training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
