Role SummaryReporting to the Supervisor, you will drive and operate a delivery van or straight truck to move and haul cargo between customer locations. When deliveries are not required, you will assist with various warehouse or distribution center duties.
Responsibilities- Drive product to various customer locations
- Load and unload trucks following established procedures
- Prepare and manage daily shipping paperwork
- Check assigned equipment for proper operation and report issues to the Supervisor
- Accurately identify and count inventory in assigned areas
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and hand trucks
- Maintain general housekeeping of warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned

- Work Experience:
Entry Level - Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Licenses/Certifications:
Obtain driver's license with clean record, pass DOT medical exam, and obtain a 1‑Year card (paid for by the company) - Computer
Skills:
Ability to use standard office equipment, bar‑code scanners, printers, and warehouse tools - Organization:
Excellent work ethic, strong verbal and communication skills, ability to work independently - Cross‑functional:
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow direct supervision - Communication:
Ability to communicate with all organization levels and seek assistance when needed - Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, push, pull, reach, twist, climb stairs, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel; frequent sitting and driving; exposure to temperature and noise levels typical of a driver and warehouse environment
