ABOUT
THE ROLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network systems, and user support across our manufacturing facility.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Install, configure & maintain computers, printers, biometric devices, CCTV & network equipment
✅ Provide technical support & troubleshooting for hardware, software & network issues
✅ Monitor & maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity & network security
✅ Manage user accounts, system access & data backup
✅ Coordinate with ERP, payroll & attendance software vendors
✅ Maintain IT asset records & monitor equipment performance
✅ Install software updates, antivirus & security patches
✅ Assist in maintaining CCTV surveillance & access control systems
✅ Prepare IT reports, documentation & maintenance records

REQUIRED SKILLS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software & networking
• Experience in ERP software support & database management
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office & network administration
• Familiarity with CCTV, biometric attendance & printer management
• Basic cybersecurity & data backup knowledge
• Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Diploma /
B.Sc. / BCA /
B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration / Network Administration
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
