Fed Finance is seeking an Accounts Receivable Technician for a permanent role based on the South Shore of Montreal. In this position, you will oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle and execute account reconciliations. Your expertise in Microsoft Office and SAP will help improve collection efficiency and maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle effectively

• Enter payments into SAP and reconcile accounts

• Process customer deductions and resolve discrepancies

• Open customer accounts and manage credit limits

• Monitor performance metrics and participate in improvement projects

Requirements:

• DEC or AEC in accounting or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

• Fluent in French and English

• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills
