Accounts Payable Clerk

For this permanent hybrid role, we seek an Accounts Payable Clerk.

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices (validation, coding, and entry).
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Prepare payments (checks, wire transfers, electronic transfers).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice‑related issues.
• Keep supplier files up to date and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Participate in monthly closings and analyses related to accounts payable.

• College degree or equivalent in a field related to management or accounting.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with integrated management software (a plus).
• Ability to communicate effectively in French and English with teams located in different countries.
