La rigueur comptable et Microsoft Excel vous caractérisent dans un horaire hybride? Nora Pharma recherche un technicien comptable bilingue.
Sous la supervision du contrôleur, vous participerez aux activités comptables et financières de Nora Pharma. Le poste couvre les comptes clients, les comptes fournisseurs, les paiements Moneris et les conciliations bancaires. Vous contribuerez aussi à l’information financière et à l’amélioration des processus.
Principales responsabilités:- Suivre les comptes clients et les comptes fournisseurs
- Enregistrer et appliquer les paiements Moneris
- Produire les rapports de comptes à recevoir
- Maintenir les dossiers clients à jour
- Répondre aux questions concernant factures et soldes
- DEC en comptabilité, administration ou domaine connexe
- Trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et logiciels comptables
- Rigueur, souci du détail et sens de l’organisation
- Communication orale et écrite en français et anglais
