We are a local engineering firm that has been helping customers in all industries with engineering, operations and maintenance since 1994. On a daily basis you will have to:
- Be responsible for project definition and concept development.
- Design (calculation and sizing) of projected infrastructures.
- Conduct analyses and perform modeling of existing and planned sewer networks
- Prepare engineering documents (plans and specifications).
- Prepare quantity schedules.
- Participate to design reviews.
- Participate to kick-off meetings with clients.
- Participate to project management both in Quebec and outside the province.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering with specialization in hydraulics and/or road development.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure (relevant experience in the industrial/commercial field is an asset)
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
- Capacity to be proactive.
- Strong knowledge in hydraulics and in modeling with PCSWMM software.
- Strong knowledge in road development
- Good knowledge of government requirements (REAFIE) and municipal requirements (City of Montreal).
- Capacities demonstrated to quickly converge in problem solving.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team.
- Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.
