• Design parts and tooling using CAD software (Inventor, CREO, or equivalent).

• Assess project risks and support decision‑making to meet deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Contribute to the development of performance indicators to monitor process stability.
• Manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment with changing deadlines.
• Order parts to support production and project activities.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to execute improvement projects.
• Participate in manufacturing process improvements to ensure product quality and on‑time delivery.

• Student enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automated Production (mechanical profile).
• Strong interest in mechanical design and industrial process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, CREO, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing improvement solutions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and professional.
• Proficiency in French and English.
