Our Acier Picard facility in Lévis has 162,500 square feet of interior storage and 225,000 square feet of outdoor storage, allowing for ultra-fast delivery to Quebec and the surrounding region. Groupe Picard is able to supply metals for large-scale projects thanks to a significant purchase volume, large warehouses, and an ever-growing fleet of trucks.

• The candidate will be required to ship orders.
• The candidate must handle materials in a safe and orderly manner.
• The candidate will be expected to help with product fulfilment and delivery on time.
• The candidate will be expected to assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the appropriate products for each order.
• The candidate will be expected to work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis.
• The candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks as well as ensuring that each incoming delivery corresponds to the company purchase order.
• The candidate will be expected to work with the inventory control and purchasing departments to determine when a product is missing from a delivery.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order.
• The candidate will be responsible for storing cargo in designated areas using cargo boards and pallets.
• The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, which includes identifying, cataloguing, and recording the location of inventory.
• Using production sheets, the candidate will be needed to record the quantity of items handled and transferred each day.
• To handle supplies and inventories, the candidate will be required to operate various machinery such as booms, cameras, cranes, and forklifts.
• The candidate will be expected to keep track of supply levels and provide purchasing suggestions on a regular basis.
• The candidate must follow all safety and health regulations.
• The candidate must keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.

• The candidate should be fluent in French language.
