THE ROLE
The Studio Coordinator supports the smooth organization and execution of all studio and collection-related activities, ensuring efficient communication between internal design teams, Licensees, and the Trademark Owner. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-category design offices and maintaining alignment across all creative and operational timelines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collection Management:
Send line sheets and graphic materials (PDFs and final artworks) to the Trademark Owner ahead of each collection launch.
Mood boards and Collection Coordination:
Share approved materials such as color cards and mood boards with Licensees and all designers cross categories, managing the distribution of content outside shared platforms when necessary.
Master Calendar Management:
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive cross-category Collection development calendar, gathering all needs, milestones, and deadlines from each Design and Product teams and consolidating them in an Excel overview.
Creative Director Visits:
Coordinate visits of the Creative Director to Milan, preparing the daily agenda by collecting input from all teams regarding meetings and time allocations. Follow up on execution and create link between categories.
Pre-Collections & Pre-Show Coordination:
Support the organization of buyers’ book presentations and pre-show activities, ensuring timely arrival of samples and liaising with the showroom team on logistics, locations, and furniture requirements.
Studio Operations:
Assist in the daily management of the studio and Atelier office, ensuring smooth workflow, proper coordination, and cross-category alignment between style departments.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Product and design sensibility and capacity to work in a creative environment.
Fashion global knowledge.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English and Italian
