Treasury Support Specialist | Part-time

Position: Treasury Support Specialist | Part-time contract.
Neopharmed Gentili SpA,  an Italian pharmaceutical company undergoing international expansion, is looking for a  Treasury Support Specialist with part-time contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The resource will be included within the Treasury Department and will report to the Treasury Manager.

The resource will assist with company's daily treasury activities department.

Key duties include:

Assist on managing and updating cash flow forecast;
Handling and updating daily cash flow actual;
Handling cash operations and banking transactions, including recording financial movements in the company ERP;
Oversee the daily cash flow movements to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays;
Handling requests to/from the bank;
Undertake day to day treasury operations including bank account management, mandates, online banking and annual KYC review;
Assist in the timely collection and submission of documentation requested by internal and external auditors;
Provide support to remote banking users;
Handling Corporate Credit Cards (new requests;cancellations; monthly corporate cards statements);
Bank reconciliations;
Liaising with key internal stakeholders to support the monthly close processes;
Other projects and duties as assigned and deemed necessary.

Experience and Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
Minimum 2 years of experience  in a Treasury Department;
Proficiency in English is a must ;

Experience with multi-currency transactions;
Keen eye for detail, analytical with a questioning mindset and openness to process improvements;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experienced in Microsoft Office, SAP and Remote Banking Systems.
