Senior Finance Manager

(Senior) Finance Manager (m/w/d)
Fulltime (40h), Location Milan or Lombardy

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting

• Management of the team consisting of accountants, real estate accountants, and back office staff, as well as intensive
collaboration on the future structuring of the team based on expansion plans

• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that liquidity is effectively managed across all projects and operations

• Support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors

Expectations

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• > 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in real estate or a related industry

• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelling

• A strong attention to detail and ability to work with both - numbers and people

• Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Excel

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company develops

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 70.000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
