Business IT Solution Specialist

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated  Business IT Solution Specialist  to join our ICT team.
In this role, you will report to the  Business IT Solutions Manager . Your workplace will be at LU-VE S.p.A., Uboldo, Italy.

Mission of the role

Manage and analyze enhancements in the SAP FI/CO area through and in-depth knowledge of the processes and their analysis.

Responsibilities

Management and analysis of enhancements in the SAP environment, including the following activities:
Gathering and correctly interpreting requests/needs from the relevant business users;
Analyzing business processes related to the intervention and assessing the technical feasibility of the application solution;
Analyzing data obtained from monitoring and system test activities, providing any necessary corrections/improvements;
Preparing technical documentation;
Supporting end users during the go-live phase of the software changes;
Supporting users in carrying out daily activities.

Qualifications and experience

At least 3–5 years of work experience, preferably gained in IT service or consulting companies working on projects for client organizations, or in medium-to-large manufacturing companies engaged in improving processes through IT systems. International experience is appreciated.

Requirements

Preferably a degree in Management Engineering or Economics
Excellent knowledge of SAP and the FI module; knowledge of the CO module is a plus
Knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA
Preferred knowledge of Business Intelligence applications
Good understanding of Finance and Management Control, Planning and Reporting processes in complex manufacturing companies, including skills related to consolidated financial statements
Preferred knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Finance
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
