Kramp is seeking a Head of Category Construction in Varsseveld to lead the construction & buying team and define the growth strategy across Europe. You will build supplier partnerships, expand the assortment and drive strategic initiatives with country teams while shaping the future of the category.
We expect 10+ years in category management, procurement or commercial management within Construction/Earthmoving, plus experience coaching teams and negotiating with key suppliers.
