Position: Information Technology Internship Virar  Nala Sopara
As an Information Technology intern at Smartson Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in HTML, CSS, troubleshooting, computer networking, and effective communication. You will work closely with our IT team to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of our tech infrastructure.

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects.
Provide technical support to employees on issues related to software, hardware, and networking
Participate in the monitoring and optimization of computer networks and IVR
Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve technical problems
Assist in IT procedures and experiments
Generate leads from IVR and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
