Responsibilities

Manage the inventory of the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels at Allo Innoware.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Process ecommerce orders and other sales channel orders efficiently for Allo Innoware.
Supervise the packing of products and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
Manage and process returns from customers promptly and effectively.
Oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of inward and outward movement of goods.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations at Allo Innoware.
Implement and adhere to safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory and order processing.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, ideally in ecommerce environments.
Strong understanding of inventory management and ecommerce order processing at Allo Innoware.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage warehouse operations effectively.
Ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software.
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
