Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant – Apprentice (MA-A) to join the patient care team. The MA-A will assist providers, take histories and vital signs, and help maintain patient flow within a primary care setting.
This 12-15 month program leads to the CCMA credential through the National Health Career Association. Apprentices complete 2000 hours of on-the-job training (paid) and 364 hours of coursework, with two online courses and in-person labs.
