We are searching for a driven and talented Bar Manager with experience in high-quality high-volume craft cocktails, craft beer, and personalized guest service. The ideal candidate will be able to uphold and exceed our reputation for the finest GUEST service and beverage program on the island. You will possess a proven track record and passion for maintaining excellent cocktail quality, while mentoring and developing others.

The ideal candidates will have the following:

• Two or more years high volume full-service bar management
• Skilled and experienced in craft cocktails and regional craft beer
• Ability to supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the bar and dining room
• Ability to impact labor cost and keep a mindful eye on the schedule
• Ability to work with and take direction from a top-notch management team
• Used to working in a collaborative TEAM environment!
• Ability to oversee training, cross-training, interviewing, and scheduling of team
• Skilled communicator that leads by example
• Honesty, integrity and guest advocate mindset
