We are searching for a driven and talented Lead Cook with experience in high-quality, high-volume Northwest cuisine. The ideal candidate will uphold and exceed our reputation for the finest fresh local ingredient menu, with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. You will excel at station cooking and line setup and crush it when it’s busiest.

• Two or more years high volume full-service restaurant cooking
• Super cool under pressure – have fun while you crush it
• Skilled and experienced in seafood and Northwest cuisine
• An expert cook on every station on the line
• Reliable!! You enjoy your work and you come to work on time
• Ability to teach others what you do well
• Work clean and teach others to work clean
• Communicate easily and competently with the chef
• Strong kitchen organizational skills
• Honesty, integrity and guest advocate mindset

• Salary package – $55k – $65k
