Responsibilities
-Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely payments.
-Generate and distribute client invoices, then monitor and collect on overdue accounts.
-Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to guarantee data accuracy.
-Support month-end, and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
-Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation for both AP and AR.
-Analyze and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring the integrity of all financial data.

Qualifications
-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations)
-Hands-on experience in Quick Books
-Experienced with full-cycle AR and AP

- Experience of handling month-end closing and reconciliations
-Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities
