Tile Shoppe requires a dedicated Bookkeeper for permanent employment, providing essential services while working 30 hours per week on-site. You'll be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and preparing statistical reports. Proficiency in both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including MS Excel and SAP, is critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare payroll cheques and calculate payroll taxes
• Maintain comprehensive financial accounts
• Generate and balance trial balances
• Produce financial statements and reports as needed
• Prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• College or post-secondary diploma in accounting
• Familiarity with financial software like MS Office and SAP
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
