This contract position, starting near the end of June, involves strategic oversight of month-end operations and the implementation of AI tools that improve processes. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be integral in managing multi-currency accounting and collaborating with various business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute month-end close processes efficiently

• Foster AI adoption to streamline financial reporting

• Ensure accurate completion of financial reporting tasks

• Coordinate with Sales for commission calculations

• Engage with auditors for compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus

• Minimum five years of Canadian accounting experience

• Experience with US regulations is advantageous

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting software

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
