At Lankin Investments, we are looking for a Property Accountant to join our dynamic team focused on real estate investment and asset management. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will manage accounting functions across a dedicated portfolio and help ensure accurate financial reporting. Strong organization and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle property accounting for assigned properties

• Oversee monthly financial and management reporting

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger and accounting entries

• Complete month-end accounting cycles and reconciliations

• Assist with year-end audits and budgeting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

• 2-3 years accounting experience in real estate industry

• CPA designation or enrollment in CPA program preferred

• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure

• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
