We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Billing Analyst to join our client's team.
This is a hybrid position – you will work 2 days at home and 3 days at the client's location in Concord, ON.
Shift: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday‑Friday. Pay: up to $25.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities- Accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Billing
- Review billing in internal system (Truck Mate)
- Other duties as required
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable/billing experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry
- Strong organizational/time‑management skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Truck Mate
- Self‑starter
- Able to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
- Able to work full‑time hours
