Position: NEXT Supply Accounts Payable Expert
Join NEXT Supply as an Accounts Payable Expert, where you will excel in processing vendor invoices and enhancing communication. This vital role supports financial operations with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

As a part of NEXT Supply, you will play a crucial role in financial processing, ensuring smooth operations in the plumbing and hydronics industry. Responsibilities include matching invoices with purchase orders, preparing payments, and maintaining vendor files. You'll work collaboratively with team members to promptly resolve discrepancies and support vendor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match vendor invoices and confirm purchase order details

• Process weekly EFT payments and cheque runs

• Reconcile vendor account statements regularly

• Maintain accurate and organized vendor documentation

• Address invoice discrepancies before due dates

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume accounts payable

• Post-secondary education or Accounting Certificate

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
