Join a dynamic company as a Full-Time Accounts Payable Representative for a 6-month contract in Concord, ON. This onsite role requires exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Representative who thrives in high-volume environments. The temporary assignment emphasizes strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ideal candidates will demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytical skills in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match and process invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute cheque runs efficiently
• Maintain accurate vendor files and highlight issues
• Adhere to company procedures and guidelines in AP operations
Requirements:
• Education background in Business Administration or Accounting
• Previous experience in accounts payable roles
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Background checks (criminal and credit) necessary
