In this role, you will oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments while managing associated documentation. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will support both daily operations and month-end closing activities. The role involves vendor communication to resolve inquiries and streamline processes for a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices by matching with packing slips and POs
• Facilitate timely vendor payments through proper documentation
• Reconcile accounts payable entries and balances
• Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial sections for audits
Requirements:
• Previous experience in accounts payable or finance
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of accounting principles and software
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction
• Willingness to support ERP transitions like SAP
