Position: Accounts Payable Specialist at NEXT Supply
Enhance vendor relations and communication at NEXT Supply as an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 12-month contract. Ensure timely processing of invoices and address discrepancies efficiently.

In this integral role, you will handle the accounts payable operations, processing high-volume transactions while adhering to strict timelines. You’ll also support vendors, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Expect to utilize your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to foster relationships with vendors and streamline workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and match vendor invoices with purchase orders

• Prepare weekly cheque runs and EFT payments

• Verify vendor accounts through transaction reconciliation

• Maintain vendor files and accurate documentation

• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies timely

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

• Strong understanding of AP processes and software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
