As a Senior Bookkeeper, you'll oversee full-cycle bookkeeping operations and maintain the financial health of our organization. This role demands proficiency in handling accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management. Your work will directly support the preparation of timely financial reports and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping in line with GAAP

• Manage invoicing, collections, and payments

• Process payroll and maintain accurate documentation

• Execute monthly reconciliations for various accounts

• Prepare tax filings and address audit inquiries

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business administration or accounting preferred

• At least 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in Quick Books Desktop essential

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance
