Accounting Associate

Position: T&T Supermarket Accounting Associate
Step into a full-time accounting role with T&T Supermarket as an Accounting Associate, providing crucial support to the Finance & Accounting Department. Focus on accuracy and compliance daily.

In this essential position under the Accounting Manager, you will handle a variety of accounting duties, ensuring invoices are accurate and conform to established regulations. You’ll be responsible for codes, monthly closures of A/P, and identifying discrepancies. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy in invoices and financial documents

• Check and organize suppliers’ invoices for clarity

• Prepare monthly accounts payable closure

• Analyze and rectify discrepancies between A/P and G/L

• Ensure invoices meet provincial and federal tax regulations

Requirements:

• University degree majoring in Accounting

• At least 1 year of accounting experience

• Effective with MS Office and Macola software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• English proficiency;
Chinese speaking preferred
