Property Accountant

Position: Lankin Investments Property Accountant Role
Drive financial success as a Property Accountant with Lankin Investments in Vaughan, Ontario. This full-time position requires expertise in full cycle accounting and support for asset management.

Join our team at Lankin Investments where we are seeking a Property Accountant to manage the full cycle accounting of multiple real estate properties. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role provides an excellent opportunity to utilize your accounting skills in a supportive environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle accounting for property portfolio

• Aid in financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Execute month-end entries and maintain sub-ledgers

• Handle balance sheet reconciliations and construction draws

• Assist with budget preparation and year-end audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or similar field

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

• CPA designation or studying towards it is a plus

• Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills

• Team-oriented individual with a positive demeanor
