Position: Financial Bookkeeper for Non-Profit
Elevate financial operations with a leading non-profit as a detail-oriented Bookkeeper. Play a pivotal role in both bookkeeping and organizational administration in a collaborative setting.

This role reports to senior operational leadership and focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and effective administrative operations. Candidates should bring at least five years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in accounting software, and strong Excel skills to support day-to-day activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee bookkeeping tasks

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing processes

• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations

• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities

• Support year-end audits and coordinate with external accountants

Requirements:

• Diploma or education in Accounting or Bookkeeping

• Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping or accounting support experience

• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and confidentiality in operations
