Supply AP Specialist

Position: NEXT Supply AP Specialist Role
Take charge of vendor invoice management as an Accounts Payable Specialist at NEXT Supply. This 12-month contract focuses on processing high-volume transactions and ensuring timely vendor payments.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will enhance both customer and vendor experiences by providing effective communication and addressing discrepancies promptly. This position demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to contribute significantly to team collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match vendor invoices accurately with purchase orders

• Process weekly payments and ensure compliance with payment terms

• Conduct monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts

• Maintain accurate vendor files and documentation

• Resolve invoice discrepancies before payment due dates

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or Certificate in Accounting

• Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle accounts payable

• Familiarity with Infor SXE is a plus

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
