This role involves both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all levels. Account reconciliation and the preparation of financial statements are key tasks that will help maintain a transparent financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll and prepare employee cheques

• Maintain and balance financial records with precision

• Post journal entries accurately each month

• Prepare financial and statistical reports regularly

• Reconcile accounts efficiently throughout the year

Requirements:

• Must have a college diploma or equivalent experience

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required

• Experience in a similar role is an asset

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Available for morning and day shifts
