Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and on schedule

• Manage cheque runs and various payment types efficiently

• Handle multiple accounts payable mailboxes for inquiries

• Assist in vendor management and discrepancy resolution

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support accounts payable

Requirements:

• Education in business or accounting required

• 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes

• Experience with Yardi or equivalent ERP systems

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
