Robertson Electric Wholesale, an electrical distributor in Canada, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with at least three years of experience. You'll manage invoice intake, assist in month-end closing, and ensure accurate vendor reconciliations. Excellent communication and time management skills are necessary for building relationships and supporting employees and suppliers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage intake of non-trade invoices from various sources
• Route invoices for approval and follow up as needed
• Post approved invoices accurately and on time
• Research and respond to inquiries from customers
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• High School Diploma required; college education preferred
