Accounting Analyst

Position: Accounting Analyst I with Mackenzie Health

In this position, you will be integral to the Finance team, performing critical tasks like monthly reconciliations and supporting the accounts payable workflow. Flexibility is essential during peak periods to reliably meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries accurately

• Complete balance sheet reconciliations for reporting

• Assist in annual audits and prepare necessary documentation

• Handle daily updates to the General Ledger

• Work collaboratively with external finance service providers

Requirements:

• Business Administration degree with accounting focus

• CPA certification near completion or completed

• Experience in full-cycle accounting processes

• Proficient in Excel and data reporting

• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities
