Position: Accounts Payable Clerk - Full-time Position
Become an essential part of our finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This full-time role involves meticulous data entry, vendor interactions, and processing payments in a dynamic office environment.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage vendor invoices, prepare cheques, and ensure accurate processing of travel reimbursements and credit card payments. You'll need to demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills while maintaining relationships with vendors. This role is crucial in keeping our financial operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and prepare invoices for data entry

• Manage weekly cheque runs and vendor payments

• Interface with vendors for invoice queries

• Process company credit card payments and expense reimbursements

• Conduct bank deposits and reconciliations as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in accounts payable or receivable

• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Dependability and effective time management
