Position: Payroll Specialist at Recipe Unlimited
Join Recipe Unlimited Corporation as a Payroll Specialist to manage multiple restaurant brands' payrolls effectively. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and experience in processing payrolls.

As a key player within Recipe Unlimited, you will oversee bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried teammates across diverse brands. You will review time and attendance data, audit payroll information, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your accuracy will support timely bi-weekly processing and reporting, making you vital to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls for various employee categories

• Audit and balance time and attendance records accurately

• Prepare month-end reports and ensure timely remittances

• Investigate payroll issues and manage resolutions promptly

• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing

• Level 2 Canadian Payroll certification is an asset

• Knowledge of Google Suite and Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities for liaising with departments
