Six Flags is seeking an Accountant I for its Operational Accounting Shared Services team. This role requires engaging in various accounting functions including credit approvals and payment collection. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll work closely with both Group Sales and accounting systems to maintain timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and reconcile data in the AR system daily

• Approve credit requests for Group Sales customers

• Generate and distribute system invoices and manual invoices

• Lead payment collection efforts for accounts receivable

• Balance AR aging reports against the general ledger

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Minimum four years in accounting or related experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat

• Experience in collections, invoicing, and reconciliations

• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
