Part Time General Accountant

Join the finance team as a General Accountant in Vaughan, Ontario, with a permanent part‑time position. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance while supporting accounting operations. • Prepare reconciliations for month‑end closing
• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage discrepancies
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
• Process accounts payable and verify vendor invoices

• 2+ years’ experience in accounting roles
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
